تعتبر أي من إجراءات المحاكمة التي تمت بموجب احكام نظام اصول المحاكمات في القضايا
( الضريبية الحقوقية رقم 3 ) لسنة 2010 ونظام اصول المحاكمات الضريبية في استئناف وتمييز
( قضايا ضريبة الدخل رقم 8 ) لسنة 2003 صحيحة.
