-: أ- باستثناء صلاحية اصدار التعليمات التنفيذية والتعليمات وفقا لاحكام هذا القانون
1 - للوزير ان يفوض أيا من صلاحياته المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون للمدير.
2 - للمدير ان يفوض أيا من صلاحياته المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون الى أي موظف في
. الدائرة
( ب- مع مراعاة احكام المادة 21 ) من هذا القانون ، يجب ان يكون التفويض المنصوص عليه في
الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة خطيا ومحددا .
