التفريق للعيوب
للمرأة السالمة من كل عيب يحول دون الدخول بها أن تراجع القاضي وتطلب التفريق بينها وبين
زوجها إذا علمت أن فيه علة تحول دون بنائه بها كالجب والعنة والخصا ولا يسمع طلب المرأة
التي فيها عيب من العيوب التي تحول دون الدخول بها كالرتق والقرن.
