للزوج حق طلب فسخ عقد الزواج إذا وجد في زوجته عيباً جنسياً مانعاً من
الوصول إليها كالرتق والقرن أو مرضاً منفراً بحيث لا يمكن المقام معها
عليه بلا ضرر ولم يكن الزوج قد علم به قبل العقد أو رضي به بعده صراحة أو
ضمناً.
