عدة غير الحامل لأي سبب غير الوفاة:-
أ- ثلاث حيضات كوامل لذوات الحيض.
ب- ثلاثة أشهر لمن لم تر الحيض أصلا أو بلغت سن الإياس فإذا جاء أيا منهما الحيض قبل
انقضائها استأنفتا العدة بثلاث حيضات كوامل .
ج- ممتدة الطهر وهي من رأت الحيض مرة أو مرتين ثم انقطع حيضها تتربص تسعة أشهر تتمة
للسنة.
