تعتد معتدة الطلاق الرجعي والوفاة في البيت المضاف للزوجين بالسكنى قبل الفرقة وإن
طلقت أو مات عنها وهي في غير مسكنها عادت إليه فوراً ولا تخرج معتدة الطلاق من بيتها إلا
لحاجة وإذا اضطر الزوجان للخروج من البيت فتنتقل معتدة الطـلاق إلى مسكن آخر، يكلف الزوج
بتهيئته في مكان إقامته أو عمله ، وأما معتدة الوفاة فلها الخروج لقضاء مصلحتها ولا تبيت خارج
بيتها ، وإذا اضطرت إلى ترك المسكن فتنتقل إلى أقرب موضع منه.
