Article text
أ- يترتــب على اللعـان بين الزوجين فسخ عقد زواجهما .
ب- إذا كان اللعان لنفي النسب وحكم القاضي به انتفى نسب الولد عن
الرجل ولا تجب نفقته عليه ولا يرث أحدهما الآخر.
ج- إذا أكذب الرجل نفسه ولو بعد الحكم بنفي النسب يثبت نسب الولد
له.
