الفصل الثالث: الحضانة والضم والمشاهدة
الأم النسبية أحق بحضانة ولدها وتربيته حال قيام الزوجية وبعد الفرقة ثم
بعد الأم ينتقل الحق لأمها ثم لأم الأب ثم للأب ثم للمحكمة أن تقرر بناء
على ما لديها من قرائن لصالح رعاية المحضون إسناد الحضانة لأحد الأقارب
الأكثر أهلية.
