( مع مراعاة احكام المادة 10 ) من هذا القانون ، للقاضي ان يأذن عند الطلب
بزواج البكر التي بلغت السادسة عشرة سنة شمسية من عمرها من الكفء
في حال عضل الولي إذا كان عضله بلا سبب مشروع .
