إذا كان الأب معسراً لا يقدر على أجرة الطبيب أو العلاج أو نفقة التعليم
وكانت الأم موسرة قادرة على ذلك تلزم بها على أن تكون ديناً على الأب
ترجع بها عليـه حين اليسار، وكذلك إذا كان الأب غائباً يتعذر تحصيلها منه.
