إذا كان الشخص أصم أبكم أو أعمى أصم أو أعمى أبكم وتعذر عليه
بسبب ذلك التعبير عن إرادته جاز للمحكمة أن تعين له وصياً معاوناً في
التصرفات التي تقضي مصلحته فيها ذلك .
