Article text
أ- يشترط في لزوم الزواج أن يكون الرجل كفؤاً للمرأة في التدين والمال،
وكفاءة المال أن يكون الزوج قادراً على المهر المعجل ونفقة الزوجة.
ب- الكفـاءة حق خاص بالمرأة والولي وتراعى عند العقد فإذا زالت بعده
فلا يؤثر ذلك في الزواج.
