Article text
الفصل الثالث : الوصاية
أ- للأب أن يعين وصيا مختارا على ولده القاصر وعلى الحمل وعلى
القاصرين من أولاد ابنه المحجور عليه ، وله أن يرجع عن إيصائه ولو التزم
بعدم الرجوع.
ب- إذا لم يكن للقاصر وصي مختار من الأب أو جد لأب أو وصي مختار من
الجد لأب يعين له القاضي وصيا لإدارة شؤونه مراعياً في ذلك مصلحة
القاصر.
ج- يعين القاضي وصيا مؤقتا لمهمة معينة أو لمدة محددة وفقاً لحاجة
القاصر.
