عقود الإدارة الصادرة من الوصي في مال الصغير تكون صحيحة نافذة ولو كانت بغبن يسير
ويعتبر من عقود الإدارة بوجه خاص الإيجار إذا لم تزد مدته على ثلاث سنوات وأعمال الحفظ
والصيانة واستيفاء الحقوق وإيفاء الديون وبيع المحصولات الزراعية وبيع المنقول الذي يسرع
إليه التلف والنفقة على الصغير .
