الفصل الخامس: المحرمات
يحرم على التأبيد بسبب القرابة النسبية تزوج الشخص من :-
أ- أصله وإن علا.
ب- فرعه وإن نزل.
ج- فروع أحد الأبوين أو كليهما وإن نزلوا .
د- الطبقة الأولى من فروع أجداده أو جداته.
