الفصل الرابع: الموصى به
أ- تجوز الوصية إذا كان الموصى به مالاً معلوما متقوماً مملوكاً للموصي شائعاً أو معيناً أو
منفعة.
ب- تجوز الوصية بحق التصرف بالأراضي الأميرية .
