Article text
للأب ثلاثة أحوال:-
أ- السدس وهو الفرض المطلق وذلك إذا كان للميت ابن فأكثر أو ابن ابن
فأكثر وإن نزل.
ب- السدس والباقي وهو الفرض والتعصيب وذلك إذا كان للميت بنت أو
بنت ابن وإن نزل واحدة كانت أو اكثر.
ج- التعصيب المحض وهو إذا لم يكن للميت أولاد أو أولاد ابن وإن نزلوا.
