أ- الصنف الأول من ذوي الأرحام أولاهم بالميراث أقربهم درجة إلى المتوفــى.
ب- إذا تساووا في الدرجة فولد صاحب الفرض أولى من ولد ذي الرحم.
ج- إذا كانوا جميعاً أولاد صاحب فرض أو لم يكـن فيهـم ولـد صـاحب فـرض اشتركوا في الإرث.
