إذا تزوج أحد في مرض موته ينظر ، فإن كان المهر المسمى مساوياً لمهر
مثـل الزوجة أخذته من تركة الزوج ، وإن كان زائداً عليه يجري فـي الزيادة
حكم الوصية.
