أجرة القابلة والطبيب الذي يستحضر لأجل الولادة عند الحاجة إليه وثمن
العلاج وأجور المستشفى والنفقات التي تستـلزمها الولادة أو التي تنشأ
بسببها يلزم بها الزوج بالقدر المعروف حسب حاله سواء كانت الزوجية
قائمة أو غير قائمة.
