الفصل الثالث : المسكن والمتابعة
المادة 72 - يهيئ الزوج المسكن المحتوي على اللوازم الشرعية حسب
حاله وفـي محـل إقامته أو عمله وعلى الزوجة بعد قبــض مهرها المعجـل
متابعة زوجـها ومساكنته فيه ، وعليها الانتقال إلى أي جهة أرادها ولو خارج
المملكة بشرط أن يكون مأموناً عليها وأن لا يكون في وثيقة العقد شرط
يقتضي خلاف ذلك، فإذا امتنعت عن الطاعة يسقط حقها في النفقة.
