Article text
أ- يشترط في صحة عقد الزواج حضور شاهدين رجلين أو رجل وامرأتين من
المسلمين (إذا كان الزوجان مسلمين) عاقلين بالغين سامعين الإيجاب
والقبول فاهمين المقصود بهما.
ب- تجوز شهادة أصول كل من الخاطب والمخطوبة وفروع كل منهما على
عقد الزواج وكذلك شهادة أهل الكتاب على عقد زواج المسلم من كتابية .
