أ- تعليق الطلاق بالشرط صحيح ورجوع الزوج عنه غير مقبول.
ب- إذا كان الشرط الذي علق عليه الطلاق مستحيلاً عقلا أو عادة أو نادر
الوقوع أو مشكوكاً في تحققه عند التلفظ به كان الطلاق لغواً.
