أ- يتم ترفيع الموظف وجوبيا من درجة إلى درجة أعلى منها والى الراتب الأساسي الأعلى من
راتبه الأساسي مباشرة في الدرجة الأعلى ضمن الفئة الواحدة بقرار من الوزير بناء على تنسيب
الأمين العام المستند الى توصية الوحدة المختصة بالموارد البشرية والتطوير المؤسسي.
ب- تتخذ جميع قرارات الترفيع اعتباراً من اليوم الأخير من شهر كانون الأول من كل سنة.
ج- تدرج الدرجات اللازمة لغايات الترفيع في جدول التشكيلات وفقاً لأحكام هذا الفصل.
