أ- يجوز اعتماد الدورات التدريبية المتصلة بعمل الدائرة التي تعقدها أو تنفذها بعض الدوائر أو
التي يشارك فيها موظفوها سواء كانت داخل المملكة أو خارجها لغايات الترفيع الوجوبي بقرار
من الأمين العام المستند الى توصية الوحدة المختصة بالموارد البشرية والتطوير المؤسسي.
ب- يجوز عقد ورشات وبرامج تدريبية متخصصة داخل الدائرة من قبل موظفيها المختصين تعتمد
لغايات الترفيع، شريطة اجتياز الامتحانات المخصصة لهذه الغاية وأن تكون هذه الورشات
والبرامج معتمدة من معهد الإدارة العامة.
