لرئيس الوزراء الموافقة على طلبات الإلحاق الى الجهات غير الخاضعة لهذا النظام وطلبات
تمديد الخدمات للموظفين بعد بلوغ السن القانونية وطلبات الاحتفاظ بالموظفين بناء على
تنسيب وزير تطوير القطاع العام أو الوزير المعني الذي يسميه رئيس الوزراء بتطوير القطاع
العام بناء على توصية لجنة يشكلها الوزير المعني ويحدد في قرار تشكيلها أعضاؤها وكيفية
اجتماعاتها واتخاذ توصياتها.
