يجوز للدائرة وضمن دورها ومسؤوليتها المجتمعية ان تقوم بتدريب حديثي التخرج على الانشطة
والاعمال التخصصية بناءً على طلبهم وحسب قدرة وإمكانيات الدائرة دون التزامها بتعيينهم
وذلك بموجب تعليمات تصدرها الهيئة لهذه الغاية.
