يعين موظفو الديوان الملكي الهاشمي الذين يتقاضون رواتبهم من موازنة الديوان الملكي
الهاشمي بقرارات يصدرها المرجع المختص في الديوان الملكي الهاشمي وفقاً لأحكام هذا
النظام والأنظمة الأخرى المعمول بها، وتستثنى من ذلك المناصب العليا التي تسري على
شاغليها أحكام نظام الخدمة المدنية للمناصب العليا في الديوان الملكي الهاشمي.
