تهدف الوظيفة العامة الى خدمة الوطن والمواطن تحقيقاً للمصلحة العامة من خلال مجموعة
من المبادئ السلوكية والأخلاقية التي تعزز أداء الموظف وترسخ لديه ثقافة مؤسسية تستند إلى
القيم التالية:-
أ- الجدية والإخلاص والدقة والأمانة والتميز في أداء الوظيفة.
ب- عدم الإخلال بواجبات ومهام الوظيفة.
ج- الحفاظ على المال العام.
د- تقديم خدمات نوعية ومبتكرة.
هـ- تحمل المسؤولية والتحلي بروح المبادرة والعمل الجماعي.
