يحرم الموظف من راتبه بقرار من الوزير بناء على تنسيب الأمين العام عن المدة التي تغيب
خلالها عن العمل بسبب مرض أو إصابة نشأ أي منهما بسبب خطأ ارتكبه أو تقصير منه.
