( إذا تبين لأي من الجهات المنصوص عليها في المادة 69 ) من هذا النظام أن العقوبة التأديبية
المناسبة أو الواجب إيقاعها على المخالفة التي ارتكبها الموظف تزيد على العقوبة التي
تمتلك صلاحية إيقاعها، فيترتب عليها رفعها مع بيان رأيها فيها إلى الجهة الأعلى حسب
التسلسل الإداري التي تملك صلاحية إيقاع العقوبة الأشد أو إحالة الموظف إلى المجلس
التأديبي إذا رأت ذلك ضرورياً وفقاً لأحكام هذا النظام.
