أ- تحـــال الدعوى التأديبيــة بحق الموظــف إلى المجلس التأديبــي بقرار من الوزير مرفقة بما
يلي:-
1 - لائحة تتضمن وقائع وتفاصيل المخالفة أو المخالفات المسلكية المسندة للموظف، موقعة
. من المرجع المختص
2 - محضر التحقيق الذي أجري حول تلك المخالفة أو المخالفات.
3 . - البينات الخطية أو الشخصية في الدعوى
4 . - أي وثائق أخرى يرى الوزير تقديمها للمجلس التأديبي
ب- تقدم المرفقات المنصوص عليها في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة على خمس نسخ ويتولى
أمين سر المجلس التأديبي تزويد كل عضو بنسخة منها خلال مدة لا تزيد على أسبوعين من تاريخ
تسلمها ودعوة الموظف بالطريقة التي يراها مناسبة لتسلم نسخته وتبليغه بموعد الجلسة.
