المادة 11 - يبحث المؤتمر في جلسته العادية في التقارير المقدمة اليه وفي ميزانية الاتحاد وفي
تعيين فاحص الحسابات وفي
الامور الاخرى المدرجة في جدول الاعمال والداخلة ضمن اختصاصات الاتحاد وتكون قرارات المؤتمر
باغلبية اصوات الحاضرين
على ان يكون لكل غرفة صوت واحد.
