ب- مجلس الاتحاد
المادة 12 - يتكون مجلس الاتحاد من رئيس غرفة تجارة عمان (رئيسا) وفي حالة غيابه ينوب عنه
نائبه في غرفة تجارة عمان
ومن ممثل واحد دائم ومسمى عن كل غرفة من الغرف التجارية المشتركة في الاتحاد وعلى ان
يكون لهذا الممثل نائب ثابت ومسمى
يقوم مقامه في حالة غيابه ويبقى ممثل كل غرفة عضو في مجلس الاتحاد طيلة مدة مجلس
الادارة الذي انتدبه ما لم تستبدله
غرفته بممثل اخر.
