يجب ان يتضمن قرار استرداد الاسهم البيانات التالية :
أ- تحديد حامل الاسهم المراد استرداد اسهمه.
ب- تحديد عدد الاسهم المراد استردادها من حامل تلك الاسهم ومجموع قيمها الاسمية.
ج-الشروط التي أدى تحققها الى استرداد تلك الأسهم.
