أ-على المجلس وضع سياسة خاصة بالإفصاح والشفافية يحدد من خلالها طبيعة الإفصاحات
التي ستقوم بها الشركة وآليات الإفصاح ووسائله والأشخاص المخولين بالإفصاح والمعلومات
الجوهرية الخاصة بالشركة.
ب-على المجلس تزويد الدائرة بنسخة من سياسة الإفصاح والشفافية المشار إليها في الفقرة (أ)
أعلاه وأية تعديلات تطرأ عليها.
