يؤدي الرئيس أمام رئيس الوزراء وقبل مباشرته مهامه القسم التالي:-
(اقسم باالله العظيم أن أكون مخلصا للملك والوطن وان احترم القوانين والأنظمة المعمول
بها وان أقوم بالمهام والواجبات الموكولة إلي بأمانة وإخلاص).
