Article 24 of Investment Law No. 30 of 2014

Article text
أ- يتولى الرئيس جميع الصلاحيات المناطة بالهيئة وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون، بما في ذلك ما
يلي:
1 - إدارة أعمال الهيئة ومتابعة وتنفيذ قرارات المجلس وتوصياته.
2 . - إعداد مشروع الموازنة السنوية للهيئة للسير في إجراءات إقراره حسب الأصول
3 . - إعداد مسودات التشريعات اللازمة لإعمال الهيئة ورفعها إلى المجلس
4 - إعداد التقرير السنوي عن أعمال الهيئة والبيانات المالية الختامية عن السنة المالية المنتهية
. ورفعه إلى المجلس لإقراره
5 - التنسيب لمجلس الوزراء بإستملاك الأراضي والعقارات اللازمة لأعمال الهيئة وفقا لأحكام
. قانون الاستملاك
6 - إبرام العقود والاتفاقات ومذكرات التفاهم مع الغير.
ب- للرئيس تفويض أي من صلاحياته المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون والأنظمة والتعليمات
الصادرة بمقتضاه لأمين عام الهيئة كما له تفويض أي من تلك الصلاحيات لأي من موظفي
الهيئة وفي جميع الأحوال يجب أن يكون التفويض خطيا ومحددا.
