Article text
أ- تتكون الموارد المالية للهيئة مما يلي:-
1 - المبالغ السنوية التي ترصد لها في الموازنة العامة .
2 - الرسوم والضرائب وبدل الخدمات والعوائد والغرامات التي تتأتى لها وفقا لأحكام هذا
. القانون والأنظمة الصادرة بمقتضاه
3 - المساعدات والتبرعات والهبات التي ترد إليها شريطة موافقة مجلس الوزراء عليها إذا كانت
. من مصدر غير أردني
4 - أي إيرادات أخرى يوافق عليها مجلس الوزراء.
. ب- تكون للهيئة موازنة مستقلة وتخضع أعمالها لرقابة ديوان المحاسبة
