أ- تعتبر أموال الهيئة وحقوقها أموالا عامة يتم تحصيلها وفقا لقانون تحصيل الأموال الأميرية
ولهذه الغاية يمارس الرئيس الصلاحيات المخولة للحاكم الإداري أو للجنة تحصيل الأموال
الأميرية المنصوص عليها في ذلك القانون.
ب- تتمتع الهيئة بجميع الإعفاءات والتسهيلات التي تتمتع بها الوزارات والدوائر الحكومية.
