لا يجوز نزع ملكية أي نشاط اقتصادي او إخضاعه لأي إجراءات تؤدي إلى ذلك إلا إذا تم استملاكه
لمقتضيات المصلحة العامة شريطة دفع التعويض العادل للمستثمر بعملة قابلة للتحويل دون
تأخير.
