تسوى نزاعات الاستثمار بين الجهات الحكومية والمستثمر ودياً خلال مدة أقصاها ستة أشهر،
وبخلاف ذلك لطرفي النزاع اللجوء إلى المحاكم الأردنية أو تسوية النزاعات وفقاً لقانون
التحكيم الأردني أو اللجوء إلى الوسائل البديلة لحل النزاعات باتفاق الطرفين.
