Article text
( بالإضافة إلى ما ورد في أحكام الفقرة )ب( من المادة 4 ) يشمل النظام ما يلي:-
أ- أسس تشكيل اللجنة الفنية وسائر الأمور المتعلقة بها والمعايير الواجب مراعاتها.
( ب- أسس استفادة الأنشطة الاقتصادية من المزايا والإعفاءات المنصوص عليها في المادة 5 )
( والجدول 1 ) /د( و الجدول رقم 3 ) ( الواردين في المادة 4 ) من هذا القانون بما في ذلك أسس التمتع
بالإعفاءات لمرة أخرى في حال تم توسعة النشاط الاقتصادي أو تطويره أو تحديثه والإجراءات
الواجب على اللجنة الفنية إتباعها بشأن الطلبات المقدمة من الأنشطة الاقتصادية.
