لا يجوز بوجه من الوجه محو الاحرف او الارقام او العلامات القانونية واخفاؤها وتغطيتها. كل
مخالفة لهذه الاحكام تعرض
صاحب السفينة وربانها لعقوبة الحبس من يومين الى عشرة ايام ولغرامة تتراوح ما بين
خمسمائة فلس وعشرة دنانير او لاحدى
هاتين العقوبتين. وكذلك فان وضع علامات مزورة يعرض صاحب السفينة وربانها للعقوبات
المنصوص عليها في الفقرة الثانية
من المادة 21 من هذا القانون.
