ان السفن التي تخص اشخاصا اجانب مقيمين في الاردن يمكن تسجيلها في الاردن باجازة من
وزير النقل اذا كانت هذه السفن
معدة للنزهة او للتجوال داخل ميناء العقبة. يمكن سحب هذه الاجازة في حال وقوع مخالفة
لهذه الانظمة او عند تغيير صاحب
السفينة ، وتسحب الاجازة حتما اذا استعملت السفينة لملاحة غير التي خصصت لها في
تسجيلها. يرفع على السفن الاجنبية
المسجلة في ميناء العقبة علم بلاد صاحبها او علم بلاد احد اصحابها اذا كان يملكها عدة
اشخاص.
