يجب اعتماد رأي الاكثرية في كل ما يختص بمصلحة المالكين المشتركة وتحدد الاكثرية بقسم
من الحقوق في السفينة يفوق نصف
قيمتها.
على ان القرارات الخارجة عن غاية التجهيز او المناقصة لشروط عقده لا تكون صالحة الا اذا اتخذت
بالاجماع.
