لا يلزم كل مالك في السفينة الا بنسبة حصته من هذا الملك فيما يختص بالالتزامات التي
تفضي الى تبعة شخصية.
وفيما عدا ذلك فان له في كل وقت ان يتبرأ من الالتزامات الناتجة عن عمل ادارة يكون قد ابى
الموافقة عليه بتخليه عن
حصته في هذا الملك المشترك وتوزع هذه الحصة بين سائر الشركاء في الملك بنسبة حقوق
كل منهم في السفينة.
