ليس لمجهز السفينة المكلف بادارتها وتجهيزها من قبل اصحابها ان يبيع السفينة وان يعقد رهنا
عليها ما لم يفوضوا اليه
ذلك بتفويض خاص.
لكن يستطيع ان يعقد تأمينا عليهما ضمن صلاحياته العامة. وهو يمثل اصحاب السفينة امام
القضاء في كل ما يختص بالتجهيز
والرحلة.
