على الربان لدى وصوله الى الميناء الذي يقصده او لدى دخوله الى ميناء للارساء الوقتي
وبمهلة اربع وعشرين ساعة على
الاكثر ان ينال المصادقة على دفتر اليومية من سلطات الميناء وفي الخارج من القنصل الاردني
اذا وجد والا فمن السلطات
البحرية ذات الصلاحية.
