الفصل السابع
في انقضاء عقود الاستخدام
( المادة 156 )
ينقضي عقد الاستخدام:-
1 - بانقضاء المدة المحددة له في حالة عقده لمدة محدودة.
2 . - باتمام السفرة او بفسخها الاختياري في حالة عقده لمدة السفرة
3 . - بوفاة الملاح
4 . - بفسخ العقد بقرار قضائي
5 . - بطروء سبب محق للطرد
